Returns Exchanges and Shipping Policy

NO RETURNS POLICY 

We do not accept returns for refunds. All sales are final. If you’re unhappy with the size, you can exchange it for another size provided the item has not been washed, worn, and is in re-sellable condition. Items must be in as-new condition (Odorless, smokeless, hair free, lint free, etc..) with all original tags attached. You must notify us at contactus@kharillc.com within 48 hours of receiving shipment and provide your order number.

Orders that has been purchased using any additional discount code is FINAL SALE and not available for exchange!

EXCHANGE POLICY

If you want to exchange your purchase for another item please contact us at contactus@kharillc.com with your order number. The purchaser will be responsible for shipping costs associated with the exchange items. Once we receive your return and have confirmed its condition, we will process your order and you will be emailed a new tracking number.

If we have sent you the wrong item or size please contact us at contactus@kharillc.com with your order number. We will email you a pre-paid postage label for you to print out, attach to the box, and drop off at your nearest UPS/Postal office. Once we receive your return and have confirmed its condition, we will re-ship your correct order and you will be emailed your new tracking number.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY TIME 

All orders that are in stock will ship within 7 -10  business days once your order is approved.

EXPRESS Shipping options ARE NOT AVAILABLE. 

Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping charges for your order will be displayed at checkout.

For multiple product orders, we will make every attempt to ship all products contained in the order at the same time. You will only be charged for products contained in a given shipment, plus any applicable shipping charges.
